Nicole Winter Tietel is an accomplished financial advisor and President of Winter & Associates, Inc. The fourth generation and first woman to lead this dynamic company, she has helped her clients protect, accumulate, and distribute wealth for over 20 years. She has repeatedly been a qualifying member of The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the Premier Association of Financial Professionals.

Nicole is devoted to serving her community and industry. She is a member of the Junior League of St. Paul, former Development Chair and board member of Dodge Nature Center and past treasurer of the St. Paul Academy Lower School Parent's Association. She is a former president of the St. Paul Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and served as President on the national board of the Securian Women's Interactive Sales Exchange from 2015-2018. Her latest community endeavor has her teaching a six-hour financial education course to individuals nearing retirement.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Babson College. Before joining the family business, she was an Associate Promotion Manager for General Mills, where she designed and executed promotions for eight brands with annual budgets in excess of $30 million. She lives in St. Paul with her husband, Michael, their two children, Shelby and Riley, and their chocolate lab, Hayden.

Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is an independent membership organization of life insurance and financial service professionals. Membership levels are based on commissions, premiums, or fees generated within a year from investment and insurance products. Members must apply annually and pay a fee.
